Healthy Grab & Go Snacks

*Nonfat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) and add fresh berries or a sprinkle of nuts.  

*2% string cheese and fresh fruit

*2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter and fresh fruit

Grab any one of these snacks and you're set!  These are great options to provide fullness between meals with great flavor!

Diets Don't Work!

If we put as much time and energy into our long-term weight management goals as we do into “quick-fix, fad diets” we would all be successful!
