Campbell's Well Yes! Soups

Both of these soups pack a lot of flavor and will keep you feeling full while keeping your calories in check.  Each serving contains 3/4 cup of vegetables and are high in fiber and protein.  They are hearty and delicious!  The sodium is a little high so be conscious of what else you eat the rest of the day.  These soups are great when convenience is necessary or just when life happens! Enjoy!
