Artichoke Hummus


6 whole artichoke hearts (canned or frozen,ckd)

1 15oz can chick peas (garbanzo beans), save liquid

1/4 cup Kraft reduced-fat mayonnaise w/olive oil

1/2 large lemon (juiced)

salt and pepper to taste

hot sauce optional for spice

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.  Pulse until smooth. Add liquid from the chick peas if needed.  Serve with zucchini or cucumber slices.  Enjoy!!!
